I am not an ITRT, but I am my MorEd in ed. tech. and thought this would be a perfect forum to ask questions and read ideas from other professionals.

Hi Everyone,
In Patrick County, we had an ITRT to retire last year and unfortunately that position was not replaced. So far, we have 2 ITRTs for 7 schools, so it has been interesting.

In the Tidewater area, the number of ITRTs in most systems is being cut along with the budgets. In Hampton City Schools they have eliminated all of the 18 ITRT positions in the schools. They are now restructuring the positions and we will now have to re-apply for the restored 6 ITRT positions. Is this happening anywhere else in the state?

This incredible website was made by 4 Virginia ITRTs:David Clough, Brad Fernald, Frank Fitzpatrick and Alfonso Favale.
