Why Technology in Education Rocks in Virginia

Is it possible to become addicted to "Free Wireless" access? I find myself enjoying sitting in the waiting room of my car's service department because they offer free wireless access (as well as snacks and a cool coffee machine). It used to bother me that I would have to wait two hours for the oil change and mileage check up, but not anymore. I surf the web, check email, Twitter and even go In World into Second Life. I just hope my MacBook's battery can last!
Yesterday I spent at least 2 hours in Panera using their free wireless. I've even sat in Starbucks just so I could connect. Can't wait to see how my new iTouch connects to the free wireless.

I became addicted too when I found out I could use my daughter's iPod Touch at Panera. Better than lugging the laptop around. But either way, definitely makes the time pass quickly when I'm waiting.

I suppose it is an addiction considering the reaction when I am in a place with no wireless access. Definite withdrawal!
