The U.S. Department of Education is developing a new National Educational Technology Plan to provide a vision and concrete goals for how information and communication technologies can help transform American education. To help shape the Plan, the National Coalition for Technology in Education & Training (NCTET) is sponsoring a webinar to build awareness and encourage stakeholder comment.
