Volunteers at NECC 2009

It is never to early to start planning to volunteer at NECC 2009. The call is out for 400-500 volunteers from Virginia, Maryland, and DC to help at this world event in Washington DC. VSTE will be coordinating all volunteers, schedules, and assignments next year. As we get closer, we'll be looking for Volunteer Captains in different areas. Stay tuned.

Okay all. It is almost NECC 2008. While a number of us will be learning the ropes in San Antonio, our next set of tasks will be to identify area captains for 2009. If you will be at NECC, please find time to volunteer in areas that interest you. Then perhaps you might be interested in being an area captain in 2009.

I'm interested in helping at NECC 2009. I'm currently setting up a brand new elementary library in Rockingham County Public Schools. Let me know how I can be helpful with the upcoming DC event.
